 Notes to all Managers and Club Officials for reporting POSTPONEMENTS.

If a game is postponed it is the responsibility of the HOME team manger to inform the appropriate results taker of this fact. Do not presume that because there is a message on the website informing officials of PITCH cancellations that the results taker knows it is off.

Before informing of the postponement, ensure that the fixture cannot be reversed.

Inform the Result Taker as soon as you are aware of the postponement.

During the winter weeks, I will have a sheet running to show postponements. I receive regular update of the Results Takers.

I cant stress enough the importance of making the call, this week there have been a number of fines issued, due to team officials not informing the Results Takers of postponements.
