GUILD HALL GUIDE 

With the end of the season approaching, preperations are well under way for the Season Finale and Presentation Evening at the Preston Guild Hall on Friday 30th May. We have tried to create a check list of people to contact and tasks that need to be done...

1. Once your team has qualified for a trophy, The TEAM MANAGER needs to order Tickets for all his REGISTERED players, plus 2 team officials. These can be ordered via IVAN WOWK, on 01772 435719 or you can complete the online order form here.
2. The CLUB SECRETARY then needs to order Tickets on behalf of Parents and Guest. These are ordered via ALAN GIBSON on 01254 852998 or you can complete the online order form here.
3. The Team Manager then needs to write a brief summary of the Season, this will be read as an introduction to the team. This needs to be emailed to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it .
4. The Team Manager also needs to select a piece of Music will will be played whilst the Team is on Stage. Please pass your selection to IVAN WOWK. This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it .
5. On the Evening of the Presentation, could we ask that all winners dress in Collar and Tie and Dress Pants(not Jeans), and Dress Shoes (not trainers). The Lancashire Evening Post do a full pull out supplement of the evening, which is printed usually the week after.
